🐾 Puppy Adoption Process

Choose Your Puppy – Browse our available puppies page and select the one you love.
Confirm Availability – Text our customer service to check if your chosen puppy is still available.
Agreement & Payment – Once confirmed, sign the sales contract and contact customer service for payment details. After completing the payment, we will verify and proceed with shipping.
Shipping & Delivery – Your puppy will be shipped via a trusted pet transportation company by airplane with an onboard nanny. Shipping and home delivery take just a few hours. You will receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

We ship using a trusted, professional pet shipping companies to ensure your Australian Shepherd puppy arrives safely and comfortably.

How It Works:

✔ Airline Transport with an Onboard Nanny – Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled cabin with a trained pet nanny who monitors their well-being throughout the flight.
✔ Door-to-Door Delivery – The shipping company delivers your puppy directly to your home.
✔ Health & Comfort Guaranteed – Puppies are given food, water, and care during transit.
✔ Live Tracking Updates – You’ll receive flight details and real-time updates.

Shipping Requirements:

Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old before traveling.
We provide a health certificate, vaccination records, and travel crate.
Shipping is $200 only

🚗 Pick Up In Person from Our Kennel

If you prefer to pick up your puppy in person, we welcome you to visit our facility!

How It Works:

1️⃣ Book an Appointment – To ensure a safe and organized visit, we require a $250 deposit to schedule your appointment. This deposit:

Deducts from the total adoption fee when you take your puppy home.
Is fully refundable if you decide not to adopt (ensures only serious buyers visit).

2️⃣ Visit & Meet Your Puppy – Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll provide our kennel address and prepare for your arrival. You’ll get to interact with the puppies and finalize the adoption.

3️⃣ Complete Payment & Take Your Puppy Home – The remaining balance is due at pick-up, along with all necessary paperwork (health records, contract, etc.).
